I had the opportunity to join Ligature Type in Berlin, a type design studio producing both retail and custom typefaces. From April to June 2024, I contributed to design and layout tasks for their typeface presentations while also becoming involved in their type design process, helping develop an italic and a monospaced version based on their roman typeface, Kyle and Kyle Mono. This experience allowed me to learn new techniques and approaches from the team’s expertise.
